Community Guidelines
MyTenue offers an AI-powered Virtual Try-On. To ensure a safe and respectful experience, the use of this feature — in particular the "on your own photo" option — is governed by the rules below. Any violation may result in account suspension.
1. Age requirements
Personal-photo Virtual Try-On ("On you") is strictly reserved for users aged 18 and over. By using this feature, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Mannequin Try-On remains available to all authorized users.
2. Personal photo policy
- You may only upload a photo of yourself. Using someone else's photo without their consent is prohibited.
- No photo depicting a minor is allowed, in any form.
- The photo must show a single person, appropriately dressed, in a non-suggestive context.
- Personal photos are processed solely to generate your try-on and are automatically deleted after a short period.
3. Prohibited content
- Nudity, sexual or suggestive content.
- Photos of minors.
- Photos of third parties without consent.
- Hateful, violent, illegal content or content infringing the rights of others.
4. Reporting
Every try-on result includes a "Report" 🚩 button. You can report any inappropriate content (inappropriate content, presence of a minor, photo that is not yours, other). You may also reach us at contact@mytenue.com. Every report is reviewed by our team.
5. Consequences for violations
Any reported content found non-compliant is removed. Depending on severity, MyTenue may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account involved, and where applicable report the content to the competent authorities.
