How does the MyTenue subscription work?
MyTenue offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or yearly) that unlock premium features. Payment is charged upon confirmation. The subscription renews automatically at the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On iPhone/iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > MyTenue. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. On the web, manage your subscription from your MyTenue profile.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Profile > Settings > Delete my account. You can also follow the detailed steps on our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and erases your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
I have a payment or sign-in issue (Sign in with Apple / Google).
Check your internet connection and that you are on the latest app version. If the problem persists, email us at support@mytenue.com with your sign-in method and a description of the issue — we'll get back to you quickly.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, open the subscription screen and use the "Restore purchases" option. Active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID will be restored.
