Cookies Policy

This Cookies Policy describes the trackers stored on or read from your device when you browse the https://mytenue.com website and the MyTenue mobile application. It complies with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, the CNIL's guidelines and recommendation on cookies and trackers (2024-2026 version), and the GDPR.


Article 1 — What is a cookie or tracker?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website, allowing it to identify your device and store information about your browsing.

Beyond cookies, other tracker technologies may be used: pixels, web beacons, fingerprinting, local storage identifiers (localStorage, sessionStorage), mobile SDKs.

All these technologies are collectively referred to as "cookies" in this Policy.


Article 2 — Purposes of the cookies used

2.1 Essential cookies (consent-exempt)

These cookies are strictly necessary to deliver the Service expressly requested by the User. Pursuant to Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, they are exempt from consent.

These cookies allow MYTENUE to measure attendance, analyse User behaviour in statistical form and improve content and ergonomics.

When configured in line with CNIL requirements (IP anonymisation, limited lifetime, no cross-processing, no third-party transmission), these cookies may be exempt from consent. Otherwise, they are deployed only after consent.

Tool used: Google Analytics 4 (CNIL-compliant configuration).

2.3 Marketing and advertising cookies (consent required)

These cookies enable personalisation of advertising, measurement of advertising performance and audience targeting.

2.4 Social-network cookies

Deployed by third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) when you interact with shared content or share buttons. Deployed only after your consent.


Article 3 — Collection of your consent

On your first visit to https://mytenue.com, a consent banner is displayed before any non-essential cookie is deployed. You have the following options:

No non-essential cookie is deployed until you have made your choice. No option is pre-ticked.

Refusing cookies does not impair access to essential Service features.


Article 4 — Consent validity period

In line with CNIL recommendations, your consent (or refusal) is stored for 13 months. After that, you will be asked again.

Article 7 — Cookies on the mobile application

The MyTenue mobile app does not use cookies in the technical sense but may use equivalent identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android, local storage identifiers). Consent for advertising use is sought in accordance with Apple ATT and Google requirements.


Article 8 — Data collected by cookies and transfers

Data collected through cookies may be processed by the providers listed above, some of which are based outside the EU. Cross-border transfers are framed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Article 9 — Your rights

You have the GDPR rights described in the Privacy Policy. To exercise them, write to dpo@mytenue.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr.

This Policy may be updated. Significant changes will be reported on the website and, where required, by a renewed consent banner.
