In accordance with articles 6-III and 19 of French Law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, users of https://mytenue.com and the MyTenue mobile application are hereby informed of the identity of the parties involved in their creation and follow-up.

Article 3 — Intellectual property

All elements of the https://mytenue.com website and the MyTenue Application (texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, icons, drawings, models, sounds, videos, databases, source code, charter, layout) are the exclusive property of MYTENUE SASU or covered by a usage authorisation.

The "MyTenue" trademark and all associated logos are registered trademarks belonging to MYTENUE SASU.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, alteration, in whole or in part, of the site, the Application or its content, by any process whatsoever, on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of MYTENUE SASU.

Any unauthorised exploitation of the site, the Application or any of their elements is considered an act of infringement and liable for the sanctions provided for in articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

MYTENUE SASU collects and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and amended French Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data protection.
